Work Wear offers a 100% guarantee on all products. If you return your product in NEW and Unused CONDITION within 90 days of purchase you will receive a full refund or credit. Returned items MUST be returned in their original box. Returns for special sizes and or styles are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refund or credits will be posted ASAP and email notification will be sent.

We recommend wearing your shoes in a carpeted area in a clean environment to ensure there will be no wear or dirt on the sole in case of improper fit. There will be no exchanges on worn dirty footwear.

Defective Shoe Policy:

WARRANTY - If a factory defect or material failure occurs within 90 days of purchase, Work Wear will replace or repair the boots free of charge. If a factory defect occurs within 91-180 days of purchase, a partial credit based on the extent of the wear and condition of the boots will be issued. Unfortunately, Work Wear can not issue credit for excessive wear, abuse (cuts and burns, chemical and acid burns), or misfits (if soiled and not resellable). The only boots and shoes that are covered by the waterproof warranty are those indicated as waterproof in the catalog or on the boots. Take shoes home and wear them on a carpet in clean surroundings to ensure they fit comfortably before standard wear. 100% Customer Satisfaction is our goal!
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping on all defective products.
